System. Main screen, Cycles
The menu and
the corresponding toolbar give access to the global utilities
of the system: Parameters, Working Languages, Week
Clock, Machine I/O Status, Treatment Cycles, Passwords
and Alarms.
The main installation components appear on the center of the screen:
Anodes, Rectifier and data panel, Commands
icons, services, Water Inputs and Outputs selections,
Working Tank with step/phase data and access to the Production
Reports, Spray and Drain valves, Rinse Pump
and Blower.

At the bottom of the screen are shown the four Replenishment
valves as well as the Baths icons which give access to the
pages containing the Temperature data, the Ah and the
Dosing Groups.
The working cycles are built up by treatment blocks of 4 different
types: Bath, Shower Rinse, Total Rinse and Recovery
Rinse. Each block is provided with a dozen parameters conditioning
its physical progress staggered on no less than thirty phases. |
