RCS-45 System : Monitoring for reel to reel plating machines. Production libraries

The fabrication library is the more indispensable a tool as the machine production shall be varied. Each available type of pieces is provided with a reference which the key field of the database records. The other fields of a record include all strand and pieces related default setpoints: the speed and the torque of the drives and of different motors, the dryer temperature and the current and the voltage of all rectifiers. A record includes also for each machine position a textual description of the specifically required mechanical tools and finally the ON/OFF functions status of all active elements of the installation. Note that the baths temperatures default setpoints do not depend on the pieces but only on the three available heating modes.
