System : Monitoring for reel to reel plating machines. Control
and parameterization tools for the analog functions
The drives
speeds, the currents and voltages of the rectifiers,
the dosing groups, the temperatures of the baths
and dryers, the conductivities as well as the pHmeters
are visualized on the positions windows,
together with other active elements of the machine. But contrary
to the binary functions, their behaviour is conditioned by a rich
set of parameters that have been fixed
at the startup of the installation.

The ANALOG FUNCTIONS windows group together the monitoring tools
with the parameters that can be easily modified by the maintenance
personal. Normally, these are the values of the minimum,
low, high and maximum alarm levels. For the
conductivity and the pHmeter, there is also a calibration tool for
the analog inputs A/D parameters.The dosing groups
require special tools and parameters. A window is also available
for adjusting operations on rectifiers not provided with
integrated displays.
