RCS-45 System : Monitoring for reel to reel plating machines. Main screen

The menu and the toolbar give access to the global utilities of the system: Parameters, I/O status, Analog functions, Libraries, Languages, Passwords and Alarms. The panel on the bottom contains some production data: Mode, Type of pieces, Barcode, Spools. At the beginning/end of a strip the panel will be enlarged and visualize the one by one switch ON/OFF of the rectifiers. On the center of the screen the proportional representation of the machine shows the plating cells and tanks with their names.
By selecting a given icon, only the position cells containing this type of element will be drawn in green or red. If the option FUNCTIONS is selected instead of ALARMS the machine and icon colors change and now represent the using status of the elements for the actual production: totally or partially enabled/disabled.
