RCS-45
System : Monitoring for reel to reel plating machines. Equipment
The RCS-45
system has been developped on the basis of the needs and also
of the know-how of the companies EESA
R&D and MSA Anlagenbau
GmbH, both members of the IMO-MSP
GmbH group. It was conceived to respond in particular to two main
requirements: a top fabrication quality and a very
diversified production on the machine.

HITE delivers the main electrical
cabinet, up to a dozen of switch boxes installed along the machine
and the different PCs mounted on their desks. The controllers
(UCs)
wired in the cabinets, the rectifiers, the pieces counters and
barcode readers are linked to the main PC via special fieldbuses
or through PROFIBUS. The communication between the PCs takes place
via ETHERNET local area networks.
