CPS-45 System : Racks / barrels machines. Racks status and production reports

All relevant data of a rack being in treatment on the machine, as well as those of treated racks already saved on report files, are visualized on the same window. First we find the informations coming from the library, from the chemical sequence and from the codebar reader at the loading station, then is added for each position the take time of the rack and the resulting effective immersion time, all the active alarms affecting the rack during its immersion and also for the treatment blocks the planed and the effective Ah as well as the current and voltage average values.

The short information moving panel allows the manual selection of a rack for loading/unloading operations or for recuperation sequences attribution.
