The CPS-45
is a real time free programmable mixed chemical sequences
system. That means the user can define, during production, a new
sequence or modify an already existent one, assign it together with
other library data to the loading rack and, in a fraction of second,
the system integrates the new steps into the already implemented
movements structure. The edition is carried out entirely
by means of the mouse. A simple click
on the machine inserts a new step with all the default parameters
of the position. Different keyboard windows allow a fast and easy
modification of these values.

The chemical sequences constitute a special part of the library.
Each type of pieces to be produced is provided with a reference
which is the key field of the database records. For the
treatment blocks, the calculated immersion times of the corresponding
sequence steps will depend on the desired deposit thickness,
on the fixed current density and on the chemical parameters
of the bath.
