System : Monitoring for racks / barrels plating machines. Main
screen
The menu and
the toolbar give access to the global utilities of the system:
Parameters, I/O status, Analog functions, Languages,
Libraries, Sequences, Reports, Diagrams, Passwords
and Alarms. The panel on the bottom of the screen contains
some production data: Mode, Production Start and
End times, Number of Racks, Output [racks/hour].

The positions of the machine and the animated icons
of the carriers are shown in the center of the screen. The
different types of elements installed on the machine, the ALARMS
and FUNCTIONS modes as well
as the tanks access obey to the same logic
as that of the reel to reel plating installations. Here, however,
the default and most usual representation mode visualizes the RACKS
with their treatment status. A fourth mode is available for operations
of enabling/ disabling some tanks positions.
