ARTFORM®
is a registered mark of the Enthone
group. It is a gold electroplating process capable of electroforming
important thicknesses on very varied types of pieces. HITE delivers
a certain number of electromecanical elements, an electrical cabinet
including the PLC and the rectifiers and the PC. The whole configured,
programmed and tested in our simulation benchs. The wiring of
the equipment, the installation and the startup of the system
on the customers site are carried out by the machine manufacturer
and by the Enthone personal with help of our technical support
at distance.

The ARTFORM equipment is evolutive.
The most simple configuration is constituted by a module with the
pieces weighing over or within the bath. It can also include two
bath modules with a separate unit for weighing in the water. The
software remains the same in all cases, the differences
being taken into account by parameterization.
By means of a tight collaboration with HITE, the company Enthone
offers to its customers regular system updates in order to maintain
at top level the performances of their installations. |
